Return Information

Any item purchesed from DeMartnibags.com can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or a full retund of the price of the item. Expenses for shipping the merchandise back to DeMartnibags.com are paid by the customer, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to error by us. (ie. wrong item/color)

All items must be returned in the same condition they were received (unused), with the original tags attached, along with the sales receipt. Please email us for your return and exchange form.

For refunds, your credit card will be credited upon receipt of the returned product. We refund the price fo the item, including taxes. Credit card returns can only be refunded onto the original credit card used.

For exchange, correct item will be shipped out once the bag to be exchanged has been received.

Please understand that there is no exchange and no refunds for international orders.
